These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of software licenses sold through Printzen Apps ("we", "us", or "our") via Google Play. By purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase through Google Play, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Mobile Print Service application, tied to the Google account used for the purchase. The BT Plan and Full Plan are one-time purchases valid for the lifetime of the app.

2. Purchase & Entitlement

All purchases are processed directly through Google Play Billing. There is no license key or manual activation step — your purchase is automatically verified and restored on any device signed into the same Google account.

If you switch devices, sign in with the same Google account on the new device and open the app — your purchase will be automatically restored via Google Play. Contact support if it doesn't restore as expected.

One-time license purchases include all future updates of the software. We reserve the right to change update terms for future products.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be compatible with all devices, operating systems, or printer models.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software.

8. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
