These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of software licenses sold through Printzen Apps ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Mobile Print Service application on the number of devices specified in your purchased plan (1, 5, or 10 devices). The license is valid for the duration stated at purchase (lifetime for one-time purchases).

2. License Activation

Your license key will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. You must activate the license on each device using the provided key. Activation requires an internet connection and is verified against our license server.

You may deactivate the license on one device and activate it on another, within your device limit. Contact support if you need assistance with device transfers.

5. Updates

One-time license purchases include all future updates of the software. We reserve the right to change update terms for future products.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be compatible with all devices, operating systems, or printer models.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software.

8. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

Kullanım Şartları

Bu Kullanım Şartları ("Şartlar"), Printzen Apps ("biz", "bizim") aracılığıyla satın alınan yazılım lisanslarının satın alınması ve kullanımını düzenlemektedir. Lisans satın alarak bu Şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Lisans Hakkı

Satın alma işleminin ardından, Mobile Print Service uygulamasını satın aldığınız plandaki cihaz sayısı kadar (1, 5 veya 10 cihaz) kullanmanız için size münhasır olmayan, devredilemez bir lisans verilir. Lisans, satın alımda belirtilen süre boyunca geçerlidir (tek seferlik satın alımlarda ömür boyu).

2. Lisans Aktivasyonu

Lisans anahtarınız, ödeme sırasında belirtilen e-posta adresine gönderilecektir. Her cihazda lisansı verilen anahtar ile aktive etmeniz gerekmektedir. Aktivasyon, internet bağlantısı gerektirir ve lisans sunucumuz üzerinden doğrulanır.

4. Cihaz Transferleri

Lisansınızı bir cihazda deaktive edip başka bir cihazda aktive edebilirsiniz (cihaz limitiniz dahilinde). Cihaz transferleri için destek ekibimizle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

5. Güncellemeler

Tek seferlik lisans alımları, yazılımın tüm gelecekteki güncellemelerini kapsar. Gelecekteki ürünler için güncelleme şartlarını değiştirme hakkımızı saklı tutarız.

6. Garanti Reddi

Yazılım "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır, herhangi bir garanti verilmemektedir. Yazılımın tüm cihaz, işletim sistemi veya yazıcı modelleriyle uyumlu olacağını garanti etmiyoruz.

7. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, yazılımımızın kullanımından kaynaklanan dolaylı, tesadüfi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu tutulmayacağız.

8. Fesih

Bu Şartları ihlal etmeniz durumunda lisansınızı feshedebiliriz. Fesih durumunda yazılımı kullanmayı bırakmanız gerekmektedir.

9. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu Şartlar Türkiye hukukuna tabidir. Anlaşmazlıklar İstanbul mahkemelerinde çözüme kavuşturulur.
